I’ve received my book but there is a mistake or damage, what can I do?
Oh no! Please email us right away so we can sort this out.
 
Can I still edit after placing the order?
Once the order is placed, it goes to our production team for printing after 3 hrs. It is best to let us know right away so our helpful representatives can help chase the order for you. 
 
How can I cancel or return my book?
We always aim for you and the little one to be 100% delighted with your book. We are sorry if we did not meet your expectations and are happy to arrange returns. Please send us an email so we can assist you.
 
How can I pay?
You can pay using credit card or Paypal.
 
What is the age range of the book?
We are a small business and team trying to produce a book suitable for all ages. This is hard due to very young children and older adults having different requirements. It’s a football book at heart but the ideal range would be 8-16yrs. Take a look at the product images to get an idea of the style and dialogue.
 
Where do I enter discount codes?
When you checkout, you will be asked if you have a coupon. Just click on it to enter the code.
  
Will there be a receipt or invoice in the parcel?
We do not print our invoices therefore, no price information is included in the packaging. Instead, all order details like confirmation, updates and tracking will be sent via email.
 
My order hasn’t arrived and the estimated delivery date has passed…?
We apologise to keep you waiting but please do not worry! Our customer care team is surely in touch with the production team, courier, and you. We will let you know what’s going on and always make sure you get your orders.
 
My order is a gift is there any payment details included with the order?
No we dont send any invoices or any payment details with the order so you can send it to someone as a gift!
If you add one product to cart you will receive one A4 book with 34 pages including front and back cover. 
 
The weight differs depending on the type of book:

  • Hardback – 665 grams
There is also a certificate and card included in the package.

Processing times vary depending on the type of book:

What are your delivery times?
Delivery is by Royal Mail which takes roughly 1-3 days for UK.
